  I've never had a bad meal here! Love the service and at atmosphere. Steaks to deserts seem to always impress. Will be back to celebrate soon.

  Excellent food and service. not the cheapest place to eat but if you want a nice meal with a decent wine this is your place. I've visited frequently with family and it's always been good. It is a busy place so reservations are recommended.

  We enjoyed a good dinner last night at Charcoal Steakhouse, Kitchener.
  Arrival was complicated by trying to find parking, in the dark and with 8 or 9 taxi cabs for the adjacent hotel, blocking the entrance.
  We appreciated the well trained wait staff, but we missed what the daily specials were because they were rhymed off with rapid-fire delivery.
  Our meal was good overall, with a birthday surprise to complete it.
  The sides were delicious! Our steaks were cooked as we ordered.
  My problem was the bland sauce that it was swimming in and the peppercorn coating that I missed on the menu, I guess.
