  This is the rare restaurant that combines good food and service with character. I love mom and pop establishments, as the level of commitment is hard to beat. Good local beer and wine, another huge plus. The server knew everything about both. Dinner as a sensory experience, yes, but also entertainment. Sweet!

  I wish I would have found this place sooner!
  Had a delicious burger. Not dry and not greasy.... Just Right!
  And the cheesecake martini... I'm lucky there's no alcohol in them or I would be getting intoxicated now! It was simply put, delicious.
  Great atmosphere and great service.
  I will definitely be coming back and will most certainly recommend.

  Amazing food from Wes. His burgers are great and gotta try his homemade ice cream. Also a good selection of craft beer. It is not a huge selection...Only six taps. But, always good choices. Only drawbacks is sometimes the music (euro pop?). Where the plaza gets replaced I think The Laughing Demon will really put their stamp on things.

  The entire staff are also the owners - so they take great pride and care in your service. Their isn't anything fast about the food as it takes time and care to make something that good!
  
  It's a great place to go with your partner for a romantic dinner, have some drinks, and snuggle. Bringing the kids, younger then 16 isn't the greatest idea as I found out - but they still had a good time trying 'grown up food' (they had never had bison before).
  
  The craft beer and other 'adult' drinks are phenomenal!
  
  For what you get in taste, atmosphere, experience - you pay for what you get. Our meals, for a family of 4, was cheaper here then at Montana's... And I enjoyed my time here so much more then I do there.
  
  Definitely will be going back again!
