  I parked my car since there was two full drive through lineups. Waited in line for almost 15 minutes, had two people walk up to the till, look at us in line, and lumber off. I turned around and left with no coffee. Well done.

  this place gets your order correct maybe 1/10 times. Yeah their friendly, but they rush and don't properly check orders before sending them out. Don't leave until you're sure you get what you paid for. It's not a hard job, not to sure why they can't produce the correct order. Worth the drive to another location.

  They promote using the order kiosk for faster service. I did & then had to line up to pay. Ordered drink & ice cream -- another wait while people after me were served

  May have the most unorganized systems in place. Took roughly 10 minutes for a black coffee. With the new number system, people with only drinks need to be served promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

  Not happy tonight the girl who was putting stuff on our tray started pushing our fries around the tray by hand french fry end and then when I said we would like fresh fries had a little hissy fit so had to tell her again. We don't know where her hands had been it's like being served on a plate and the server starts pushing food around your plate. Then when they thought we had gone they started to call us names behind our backs so my wife had to remind them she was still there. They need some teaching I think.
