  Went through the drive thru. Was ordering. And we got cut off while ordering the lady was rude.. She reaf back our order.. It was right but when we got to the window. To get it...it was wrong.. We asked for our coffee they missed and they were going to make us pay for it again... They were rude. And i said we just want our coffee we ordered they slammed it down on the counter then handed it to us. Then threatened to call the police on us saying we were harrassing them.. Which was bullshit.. U need employees that are assholes to the customers.. No wonder u have bad reviewd..

  We were just in the drive through at this location and our 4 year old wanted a smile cookie. We were told that they were sold out for the evening. My tired 4 year old was very upset. It wasn't until after we pulled away that we realized they had used some icing to make a smiley face on the chocolate cookies we ordered instead. This made our 4 year old night. Happy kid=Happy parents. Thank you to the staff on this Sunday evening for going above and beyond. ☺

  This location is the worst. There's a supervisor there and she is a real piece of work. I went through the drive through and as I was about to give her my cash, she put her finger in my face (as if to say one minute) and finished her conversation with a co worker. This isn't the only rude interaction I have had with her. I wish there were comment cards but there aren't. I wonder why....
