  I've seen a manager only dumping out 3/4 of an old pot of coffee, then making new coffee in the same pot. Proper procedure involves fully emptying the pot and rinsing it.
  
  Poor training for new staff, high turnover as a result.
  
  They don't order the correct product to fulfill all menu items and consistently need to make substitutions after the customer has paid for their order.
  
  Upper staff is rude when addressed by customers, such as refusing to get a girl a cup of water after she asked politely, despite this being a standard service that any other Tim Horton's location would provide.

  It was 4 in the afternoon and they had no specialty donuts left or anything baking in the back as I asked if they were making more. I walked up a huge hill and just wanted a treat. Also literally all the tables were dirty
