  Why does it take me 10 minutes every single night in tim hortons with no line and all I order is a cafe mocha? So god damn slow. Takes a few minutes of standing at counter before anybody serves me even tho they see me standing there. Pathetic excuse for employees at 10 pm.
  I even saw one of those annoying loud card players attack a younger dude while I was waiting to be served one night. Ridiculous they are allowed to stay in there even tho only 5 of the 15-20 are actually consuming tim hortons products. KICK THEM OUT!!!!!!

  Tim's really is where Canadians go to fill up a little, maybe meet friends and kick back without beer. Still, I'm not sure if they understand how much like an external livingroom this is. And how mediocre the washrooms are. Most Tim's are not in the areas where street folk hang out, something of great concern to those who provide washrooms. How much would it cost to bring this upmarket? How often do you go to Tim's and not use the washroom? The windows are clean, floors clean, display areas sparkle. But the washroom? Often malodorous and always cramped, straight out of 1982. Hello?
