  So, I'm retracting my original review. I came in here to see the NEW menu a few weeks ago.
  Not sure if it was the due to new menu or maybe a new cook. The food quality has increased substantially.
  Vegetarian spring rolls are the same.
  Ordered the shrimp basil fried rice, fantastic.
  A dish of egg plant, cooked perfectly, was not soggy, just after it started to turn crunchy.
  I tried my family's food and it was also very good.
  
  Worst Thai food in Kitchener, but the most popular. I have no idea why??
  A vermicelli bowl with vegetables come with just that, and a pile of clear sticky sauce.
  No where does it mention that!!!
  If you must eat here I recommend the black pepper shrimp, or the fried egg plant.

  Soup was amazing! however any thing that was fried, for instance some of our appetizers, we're fried so long they had burned. Also the staff seemed a little disorganized, our waitress sent the wrong drinks to our table and seemed stressed out even though there weren't many people dining at the time.

  Excellent food all the time! I always get my 644 Vegetable Pad Thai! It has a kick but is my favourite by far! Service is wonderful and fast.

  Always great Asian food for Waterloo. Been in Waterloo Las 8 years and I have always gone to Ben Thanh whether it be the Waterloo or Kitchener one. The kitchener one has dimsum which is awesome but the Waterloo one has an overall better quality I think. Definitely a great place to eat at

  Order food online at 8pm, it says that it will be delivered by 9.20 wait until 10pm yet no food show up! Called in for 5 times, nobody pick up the phone.
  Terrible service! What a nightmare.
