  Arrived about 12:30 on Family Day.
  After having to track someone down in order to be seated I should have known things would not go well.
  We finally got seated, and she took our drink orders. The waitress then came back over 10 minutes later to take our order.
  We didn't have any communication from her ever again. I'm not kidding.
  We waited till nearly 2:20, and we hadn't received our orders, or any information about the delay. Nobody came to refill our drinks, or even said one word to us.
  I left money on the table, and we left.
  They seemed to be extremely understaffed. There were 3 servers for the entire busy restaurant, and there wasn't even a bartender behind the bar.
  This is very likely the worst service I have EVER received at a restaurant.
  We won't be back to this location.
  Which is a shame because I really like Casey's Roasted Red Pepper soup, but it's not worth putting up with the worst service on earth.

  Service was slow. They were out of three types of fountain drinks. The tornado potato had a Styrofoam quality and the accompanying sauce had a skin on it. Everyone got wings and the orders weren't complicated ( 3 people got the same thing and the other two had identical orders), all the sauces were wrong, chicken was dry and over cooked. Wings were small and many were 'broken' with bone shards. Drinks were never refilled, they didn't have to-go containers and when they did finally find tinfoil to everything- they didn't pack the blue cheese dips with the wings.
  
  Used to like Casey's a lot at this location but I hadn't been in a long time and the new staff/management/whatever are not as good as they used to be and the food was mediocre at best. Very disappointing overall.

  Not our fist time here and they weren't busy; all other visits were great. Except this one today; my friend with a gluten allergy ordered a cider; wanted a refill. Staff brought him a normal beer. Had one sip and realized it was a wheat beer started to have an Allergic reaction. Lunch took over an hour to get, friend's food was cold. I ate half of my food when I noticed a hair. My friend was compensated with a $25 gift card, very little compensation for almost giving him a serious allergic reaction. This all happened before it was under new management. Thankfully the new management has gone above what the old management did; $50 gift card and pint glasses.

  Excellent service glad it's under new management you can already see the difference the food was amazing and prices very good I would recommend and return thanks for a great night!
