  Food is GREAT!! No complaints about the food whatsoever! Delicious!
  
  HOWEVER, every time my family and I make an order, something always gives! Today was BAD!!
  
  I ordered my food for pick up at 315 pm! The lady over the phone confirmed my order and said it'll be ready in 30 min! I told her make it 430 as that will give you enough time!
  
  I show up at 5 and the food is NOT READY!!!!!!!!!!! They had to rush and put everything together in front of me while the person in charge completely lied and said it was ready!
  
  Get some work flow going to make your orders faster! You had almost 2 hours to do my order today and it was not done; yet, when I showed up, you put it together within 5 min! Place inside was NOT busy at all! If it had been busy, maybe I'll cut you some slack! But it was not busy!
  
  Bottom end is, food gets thumbs up, service gets thumbs down!

  The food and service at this restaurant over lunch when my party attended was very appealing. The portion sizes of the plates were huge. We took home a doggy bag and polished it off at home for dinner. The dishes contained a variety of rich flavors. The staff was very knowledgeable and willing to field our questions. It was a refreshing change from the North American chain restaurants we often end up going to simply because they are conveniently located.

  The food is delicious, but the customer service was not so good.
  While their driver was very kind and gentle, the person who answers the phone lacks customer service. They had missed to deliver 2 items (appetizers) from my order... and the person made me feel as he was doing me a favour to send my 2 items, which I had paid for. He asked me a few times if I was sure I had not receive the item. He went to the kitchen to confirm if the items were made or not (while on the phone with me) and everybody was speaking a foreign language. No, at any point he thought I wil call my driver and call you back, then follow all their procedures to figure out what happened to my order. Now you might be wondering... Have they called to apologize? Nope. The driver did. Not the restaurant. Poor customer services spoils the best of the foods and the entire experience.

  We stopped in for a super late dinner on our way through the area - heading to the cottage from Toronto. It was around 9pm on Thursday night - Service was incredibly fast (which was great for us to eat and get back on the road) and the food was delicious.

  My wife was dragging me around Kitchener looking for bathroom vanities when my stomach started growling for lunch. She found Arabesque on Google which was a few blocks away. Food was great as was the service! I wish bathroom shopping could be so easy ;)
